Walmart will be the centerpiece of a new development in one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s fastest-growing communities.

Last week the Dallas Business Journal proudly highlighted the stakeholders and dealmakers of the most noteworthy commercial real estate projects in Dallas-Fort Worth that were initiated, active, or completed during 2023.

Legacy Hills, one of KFM’s projects, won the award for Best Single-Family Planned Community.

Rosewood Property Co. is under construction on a 326-unit multifamily community called The Ludlow in the Heritage Creekside mixed-use development in south Plano, with completion of the first apartments set for later this year.
