KFM has contributed to the development of over ten Chili's restaurants, with seven currently operating. Currently, two are in the under construction, and five are in the design phase. Among the operational ones, you can find locations in Texas such as Lake Travis, Plano, Anna, San Juan, Athens, Tyler, and Fort Worth. The ongoing construction sites are situated in San Antonio and Leander.
